戒煙後第二個月
快要兩個月，身体變化了不小。
常常有很想食東西的感覺，肥了不小，口淡淡的感覺，但是感覺自己很清新，多了自信，小了咳嗽，病的時候好像沒有以前辛苦，反正是好的。

終於在錄音棚過了第一個晚上!!!
今天早上起來到外面看看，在下雨，很冷，但是在我們錄音棚裏面很暖。。哈哈。。感覺不錯。。
first night and morning in the studio!!!
woke up in the morning and went outside to breath some fresh air… so damn cold with rain, lucky our studio is so warm…

剛剛剪輯完１２首新歌的鼓!!!
已開始錄ＢＡＳＳ！！！不過還有很長的路，真討厭常常一個人在錄音室，受不了，有人可以上來幫忙打掃嗎?
just finished the drum editing of 12 new songs, and the bass recording has began, but there is still a long way to go… annoying, hate being stay in the studio by myself… any volunteer would like to help us to clean up the studio???
