Studio Update
Brian and I spent the last two days in the studio setting up more recording equipment and A/B testing our guitar amps! The 5150 and 5150 II both are great amps with a bit different character. We tried different preamp and power amp tubes. It’s interesting to hear how the tubes could change the sound’s character!

Hardcore Life 硬核生命
I always wonder why many hardcore bands couldn’t last long? Listening to albums after albums, I feel that many hardcore bands shouldn’t disband that short. I don’t know why but for me I feel that the hardcore life is growing in me everyday. It’s something real and something I can hold on to! 我經常想為什麼那麼多硬核樂隊玩不長便完結？聽着一張又一張的唱片，我覺得有很多硬核樂隊是不該結束得那麼快。我倒覺得自己的硬核生命每一天都在成長。那是一些真實的感覺，一些可以捉到的東西！

This is My New Beginning
It’s great to finally get my proposal done! I feel like a new man now. After all I really had a good time. I am still very excited about the whole thing. My brothers in King Ly Chee all came to the show to support me ! This is called FAMILY!!! I love you all bros!!! As I am still in Guangzhou having my short vacation with my girlfriend. It’s so good to escape from Hong Kong for a few days. Tonight I had some wicked lamb hot pot. Here are some pictures, check them out! 最终我求婚成功了！我觉得我是一个新的人了！当晚大家都很开心。我现在心情还很兴奋。我荔枝王的兄弟都来到广州支持我！这就是大家庭！我爱你们兄弟！我还在跟女朋友在广州休息数天才回香港。今晚我跟一些朋友吃了一顿非常棒的羊肉火锅。这里有一些图片。

Chengdu Video
We played in the New Year’s festival in Chengdu last month. After the show we did an interview with an online radio station called HRM Radio. This video also have some live footage from the show. The King Ly Chee part starts at 7:00.

Tainted Milk/Next Generation
Just read some news about a new report of tainted Chinese milk. It’s digusting! I really have no clue how people could do something like this to little babies. Yes China is getting stronger and stronger but the problems in the country are also growing every day. Really hope that people don’t just focus on money, power and fame. There are more to care in this country. I wish that our next generation will have a better one!
看到新聞報導國內再次發現毒奶粉，確實令人厭惡！中國現在真的強大不少，不過國內的問題亦愈來愈多，希望人們不要只看目前的利益，我希望我們的下一代會更加好！

Stomach Flu 肚痾
I’ve been suffering from stomach flu the last two days, didn’t go to work yesterday and was home resting. My stomach still not feeling well this morning as I just got in and out from the bathroom. Damn it! 最近兩天我一直患腸胃炎，昨天沒有去上班在家休息。我的肚子還是不舒服。今天早上都仍然在痾，該死的！

H2O DVD
Got home early today, had early dinner and then took a nap. Then got up and watched the H2O One Life One Chance DVD. It was released in ’06 so it’s a long time ago. But if you haven’t watched, go ahead cos it’s a good dvd! 今天一早回到家，早吃晚餐，然後睡了個覺。起身之後看H2O One Life One Chance DVD。它發布於06年，所以是很久以前。但是，如果你還沒有看，找來看看因為這是個好的DVD！
