JULY 20, 2010: SUPPER MOMENT

Just got back from watching the awesome local HK pop/rock band Supper Moment play their CD release show! They were awesome...I love their humility and I am so excited that Sunny is doing well with this band...he has an AMAZING voice...he covered a couple songs last night and he had a few "guests" come out - but none of their voices could compare to the tone and beauty of Sunny's voice. I'm proud of you man!!! Great band, great guy and great music!!!

JULY 15, 2010: 這個夏天的演出SUMMER OF SHOWS

I love looking at our summer show schedule man...we're playing everywhere and I LOVE that we're playing everywhere...我真愛看我們這個夏天演出的日程！我們真的去很多地方演出！！！我真愛演出。。。

SOme of these shows we're representing Hong Kong/China like at these festivals 幾個演出我們就是代表香港/中國:

1. Zhang Bei 張北- Inmusic Festival
2. Busan International Rock Festival 釜山，韓國搖滾音樂節
3. Singapore Baybeats 星加坡
4. Cheng Du 成都

Can't wait...don't know how many people in HK know that we're doing this and I don't really know how many people in HK care that we're playing these shows and representing Hong Kong/China but that's okay. In our hearts we're doing things that we could never have dreamed of...playing on the beach of Korea is going to be awesome - that festival is featuring The Haunted. Playing near Inner Mongolia (Zhang Bei) is going to be AMAZING!!! Going back to Singapore for the first time since we played with NOFX is going to be fun...And then going back to rock in Cheng Du is going to be SOOO awesome!!! 真期待全部演出。。。不知道本地香港人知不知道我們忙什麼也我不知道幾個人有關心我們忙什麼哈哈哈哈。。。但是都是ok,因為我們在心裡已經非常滿意 - 我們想不到一天會忙去任何地方演出。。。想不到我們的樂隊堅持的結果終於會這樣。。。

夏天去內蒙附近（張北）演出太厲害！！！然後去釜山，韓國在他們最大的搖滾音樂節演出十分high!!! 那個演出還有The Haunted來演。然後我們有機會再去星加坡演出！我們上一次就是跟NOFX巡演的時候去了星加坡演出。然後八月底我們再 有去中國其中最厲害的城市演出- 成都！！！

This is going to be a great summer...it has already been a great summer because I got married! hahahaha...one summer that will be hard for me to forget! 這個夏天肯定會難忘。。。已經濕了 - 我結婚了！哈哈哈哈。。。

JULY 11, 2010: I'M BACK!! 我回來了!

Yo what's up everyone! Your favorite Pakistani hardcore kid is back in Hong Kong and back as a married man having taking the plunge and vow to love and my wife for the rest of our lives :-) 大家好！你們最愛的巴基斯坦香港長大的硬核孩子回來了香港！但是現在的分別就是我結婚了！我發誓了我一生會愛和保護和尊重我的老婆！:-)

Being in Pakistan was fun, exciting and weird all mixed in one...of course having not been there in over 16 years guarantees that emotions are going to be mixed and confused...but it was a great time. 回了巴基斯坦有開心的感覺， 奇怪的感覺， 興奮的感覺。。。全部感覺很亂。。。當然是因為我差不多十六年沒有去過巴基斯坦所以我突然到機場馬上有十分多不同的感覺。。。但是巴基斯坦真不錯。。。我們那邊常突然會停電 - 這個是十分麻煩。。。我們住的區每天會停電起碼停了三個小時。。。每次停真討厭因為巴基斯坦是一個非常fucking熱的地方 - 所以突然沒有空調是非常不舒服。。。

I miss Pakistani hospitality...it's amazing...anyone that has visited Pakistan (very few I'm sure) will know what I'm talking about...regardless of how we are made out to look on TV as terrorists or religious fanatics...the truth is that Pakistanis are warm big hearted people who are ready to make any stranger feel like family any second or minute of the day. The reality of the people in Pakistan greatly differs from the stereotypes that the fucking media, movies, TV make Pakistanis look like...但是去了巴基斯坦我最愛就是我們巴基斯坦十分好客。。。看他們怎麼樣任何人真棒。。。無論如何 - 認識你或者完全陌生人他們都會一模一樣對你。。。非常好客。。。看看你需不需要什麼什麼，然後問你幾次你還需要什麼。。。

我知道在這個地球上因為電視，電影，和其他報紙，雜誌的原因 - 很多人都會一位巴基斯坦人全部是恐怖分子。。。大家會以為這裡的人全部很瘋狂，很危險，很不尊重他人的想法。。。

我覺得所有電影，電視，新聞，報紙，雜誌，給大家這樣的印象真傻比。真理是完全不同 - 你只需要問我老婆你才會知道巴基斯坦人是怎麼樣。。。

JUNE 25, 2010: 今天去接新良然後坐飛機去巴基斯坦。。。七月二號結婚。。。七月六號回來！！！到時再見！ GOING TO DO THE TRADITIONAL PICK UP OF THE BRIDE CEREMONY TODAY AND THEN HEAD OFF TO PAKISTAN!!!

Very excited...today is the day that I go pick up my future bride...then we get on a nice and long 9 hour flight to Karachi! We arrive at 11:20pm tonight and my mom has already told me that TONS of people are going to come to the airport to pick us up because it's been so long since I've come and because I'm coming with my future bride!!! 很興奮！今天我要去接新良！然後我們要坐九個小時的飛機去巴基斯坦的城市（就是我出生的城市）叫喀拉蚩！！！我們大概今天晚上十一點半到喀拉蚩。。。我媽說我們那邊會有很多人來機場接我們因為我太久沒有來過巴基斯坦。。。還有因為我跟新良來所以更加多人想來接我們哈哈哈哈。。。太興奮！！！

We'll be there until Jul 6th...our actual wedding date is on Jul 2nd! 我們結婚的日子就是七月二號，然後我們七月六號回來香港。。。

JUNE 24, 2010: 八十年代的“thrash/metal”四個最出名的樂隊又一起了！THE BIG 4 TOGETHER AGAIN!!!

Dude how amazing is it that thrash metal's BIG 4 are back together touring!!! I hope this tour comes to Asia soon!!! For those people who don't know (you BETTER go get your research and history done RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!) in the 80's the biggest thrash metal bands that took metal to the masses where these bands: Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, and Anthrax! These bands took thrash metal to a whole new level and were called the "Big 4" in the 80's. 太興奮了！！！八十年代的最大的metal樂隊又是一起了。。。又是一起巡演！！！我真希望他們會來亞洲巡演！來的話肯定太瘋狂了！如果你們不知道我是說誰請你好好的看重型音樂的歷史！！！八十年代的最大的thrash metal樂隊就是這四個樂隊：Anthrax, Metallica, Megadeth, 和 Slayer!!!

These past few weeks they've finally toured AGAIN together!!! Sooooo amazing!!!

Check out this video with all four of them playing the Metallica coversong "Am I Evil" originally by Diamond Head! THIS IS SO AMAZING!!! Remember that the singer of Megadeth (Dave Mustaine) was originally in Metallica and they kicked him out. He has NEVER been able to forgive them for that - but look at this, and listen to what James Hetfield says in the beginning in the video: "we're moving forward - in the name of metal". Everyone forgives and moves forward in order for something bigger and more powerful...在這個影片你們可以看到這個四個樂隊一起來玩一首歌！就是Diamond Head的歌叫“Am I Evil” - 這個版本就是在Metallica的第一個唱片叫Kill em All出現的！！！你看這個影片的時候你還要記者。。。Megadeth的主唱以前是Metallica的吉他手然後他們有踢他走。。。那時候之後他跟metallica的關係是十分差。。。差的很過分。。。但是你可以看到他們終於可以一起向前走。在這個影片的一開始你可以聽到Metallica主唱James也說“今天就是metal的非常難忘的一個晚上！我們為了重型音樂就是今天開始往前走”。。。大家都可以原諒以前的事情 - 如果你見到大家的目標就是一樣， 那大家肯定可以找到力量原諒以前的事情。。。為了我們大家的更美麗的將來。。。

JUNE 22, 2010: THE COVE海豚湾...今天是Kent的生日！！！and it's Kent's birthday today!!!

Watched another great documentary yesterday...this time it was called The Cove...it's about the cruel killing and slaughter of thousands of dolphins in the city of Taiji in Japan. The cruel form of killing, the government cover-up, the lies, and distortion of the truth...once again ALL reminds me of what hardcore should be about. Not blindly following what people tell you or listening to the gossip and lies that people spread. Find your OWN truth!!! That's the beauty and power of hardcore...YOU find your OWN truth. Don't be a lazy piece of shit that just listens to whatever people say. If you're a lazy piece of shit and don't want to use the energy to power your own brain - then you have NOTHING to do with hardcore. You're just as bad as all those idiots who blindly follow whatever the popstars tell them, whatever the government tells them, and what the bullshit fucking gossip bastards spread. 昨天晚上看了多一个非常有意义的纪录片叫“海豚湾”！十分有意思的电影。。。值得看！这个真故事就是关于很冷血的方法杀海豚。。。就在日本里面一个小城市。。。这部电影你们可以看那边的人怎么样杀这些非常和平的动物。。。非常辛苦看这个位子。。。然後這部電影裡面你們可以看到那裡的魚人的做法。。。十分冷血也十分誇張。。。你們也可以看到那邊的政府怎麼樣想封這件事不想給全地球看那邊市民的壞行動。。。他們怎麼樣騙他們的市民，也騙全國家，你可以看他們怎麼樣說閒話然後拿事實的東西變得全部是廢話。我看這部電影的時候馬上想起硬核文化的最基本的信念。就是你肯定不會當一個盲人一樣聽報紙說什麼，或者信電視說的什麼，或者信政府說的什麼，或者明星說什麼。。。還有你肯定不能信一般完全廢人說的謊話。你需要自己出一點力找真理是什麼！這就是硬核文化的最基本的性格。如果你是一位十分懶的人 - 就是他人說什麼你就信，那我很肯定可以說你是一位永遠不會明白硬核文化的人。我覺得“懶”就是硬核文化的相反！

God has given us all a brain - it's okay to use this brain once in awhile. 我們大家的頭里面有個很重要的東西 - 這個東西就是叫“腦”。大家應該有時候試一試用這個東西好嗎？你肯定用了之後會想謝謝我。隨時可以謝謝我. :-)

Also - it is our dear sweet brother Kent's birthday today!!! Happy birthday my brother...it is such an honor to have you in King Ly Chee!!! :-) For those of you around the world who haven't had the pleasure meeting our guitar player Kent - I can't wait for you guys to all meet him at our shows. He is the nicest, kindest person you'll ever meet. He has a great big heart that is ready to help people at a second's notice...genuine people like him are hard to find. 好的 - 到了開心的東西！今天是我們吉他手Kent的生日！！！生日快樂兄弟！！！我真覺得我們這個樂隊很幸運找你那樣的朋友！！！THANK YOU！！！如果你們還沒有機會認識這位人我只想介紹他。。。

我覺得他的人就可以代表一位十分“好人”！他的心是很大，他們隨時隨地準備好幫他的好朋友，他的動作全部都是很好。。。我真可以說我非常愛這個朋友。我也是很珍惜我這個朋友。。。這個地球需要多他一樣性格的朋友。。。

Because of this, it makes me really upset that there are people in the city that he's from who gossip and bullshit about him. These immature people need to grow up, and place their energy and heart into things that have more meaning! Stop wasting your time and life on these petty childish bullshit! Use your energy and passion and do something positive with your life and time. 因為我很了解他的性格。。。我覺得很可惜因為我知道在他的城市裡面有一般人不喜歡他。我覺得大家都需要成熟一點。我不明白為什麼有些人真的會浪費他們的活力和熱情放在恨一個人？你們快點找一個有意義的目標然後花你們的時間，熱情和活力得到你這個目標好嗎？那麼簡單的想法 - 我真的要跟大家說嗎？不會嗎？

希望大家可以找到意義的工作，意義的活動，然後你盡力跟著這個夢想。。。你一開始你會發現你突然沒有時間說什麼謊話，或者你會發現你真沒有時間恨人。

JUNE 20, 2010: MY BACHELOR PARTY 我的單身漢舞會

So last night my good friends Glenn, Richie, Terence, Brian, Egas, Kent, Mike, Joe, and many others came together to organize a CRAZY bachelor party for me last night! They had been planning this for awhile and for a few days any time I saw these guys around HK they would just start laughing. Hahahahaha...the funniest was hanging out with Richie a week ago and he would just start laughing like a little girl every time I asked him what they had planned. He just kept saying "Don't worry - you're just going to be SO embarrassed!" So funny...As soon as I got to our bar last night (the bar that we hang out in HK is called Swindler's) all the staff inside started laughing once they saw me! hahahah...bastards!昨天晚上我的非常好朋友安排了一个单身汉舞会给我！是一个非常疯狂的舞会哈哈哈哈。。。他们很久以前已经开始安排这个晚上。我每次在香港逛逛的时候如果碰到他们，他们马上会开始笑！哈哈哈哈。。。昨天晚上一进去我们最喜欢去的酒吧叫“Swindler's”在湾仔区，里面的所有工作人员开始笑！哈哈哈哈FUCK！我上个礼拜跟我好朋友Richie逛逛的时候我也问他，他们安排了什么 - 他就是说不了就跟一个小女孩儿一样笑得很疯狂。。。哈哈哈哈。。。然后他说 “我就知道你肯定会很尴尬！”哈哈哈。。。

There were a total of 6 things that made me do...6 SUPER funny things!!! I think they took videos of it or something like that and so the videos will be posted online soon...tons of photos too I think. I had to eat a fucking Balut!!! I HATE BALUTS!!!! A "Balut" is a Filipino egg...the egg is almost to the point where a chick has been formed - it's SOOOO disgusting. And I have refused to eat this thing! All my Filipino friends in Hong Kong AND in the Philippines have tried to make me eat this thing for years now. Finally - last night I had NO choice. It was truly disgusting!!! hahahahahaha...穿了这个垃圾东西之后他们有六个东西我要做。六个非常好笑的东西！！！他们好像有拍影片和拍很多照片。。。他们应该尽快会放在网上。。。其中一个东西他要我做就是终于吃一个菲律宾的鸡蛋搅“Balut”。。。我已经坚持了很多年不吃这个东西！是非常非常可憎的东西！！！哈哈哈哈。。。就是一个鸡蛋，但是鸡蛋里面已经见到一个小鸡！！！AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! 很可憎的！！！我本地的菲律宾朋友要求我吃了很多年，然后我菲律宾里的朋友一样很想我试一试。。。但是对两班人我一样一直就说了不要了谢谢。哈哈哈哈。。。但是昨天晚上 - 我要吃。FUCK。。。很难吃。。。我一吃我马上再呕吐出来了！fuck...

It was just an awesome night of my friends celebrating and being happy for me that I'm about to embark on a new wonderful journey. A journey with my best friend in the world Alison...we leave for Pakistan this Friday and I cannot wait to experience all the craziness of Pakistan and a Pakistani wedding together with her...反正。。。昨天晚上真是一个非常难忘的一晚。。。见到我那么多好朋友来安排一个这样的活动给我，我真高兴。。。他们有来支持我这个新开始的生活。。。就是跟我全地球的最好朋友结婚然后一起开始我们的新生活。。。我跟Alison就是这个礼拜五将会飞过去巴基斯坦！！！我很期待跟她一起去巴基斯坦看看那边的生活是怎么样！！！我什么都不记得！哈哈哈。。。

JUNE 18, 2010: MORE THAN A GAME (王者之路：纪录片电影MOVIE)

Watched another great documentary yesterday...this one is called More Than a Game and focuses on basketball...it discusses the true story of the rise of 4 little boys through the game of basketball, one of whom is Lebron James! The legendary basketball player...what a GREAT GREAT movie this was about 4 poor as hell children with many social and emotional issues, and how they all came together and supported each other through their love and passion and GIFT for playing basketball...昨天又看了一个非常牛别的纪录片电影！这次是关于篮球。。。是叫“More Than a Game王者之路”！！！这个是一个真故事的纪录片关于四位小孩子。。。他们本来是从很穷的环境出生的还有很穷的情况长大的。。。但是因为他们四个只有一个共鸣的事情 - 篮球 - 所以他们过得生活过得很开心。。。他们四个有篮球天赋所以他们打篮球的时候只会望着篮球的情况不会里他们生活里的问题。他们有支持互相。。。他们有爱互相。。。他们有当大家都是四位兄弟。。。因为他们有篮球天赋所以他们很快有进步赢了十分多篮球比赛。。。他们其中成员就是Lebron James (勒布朗·詹姆斯)!

I don't know about other people in HK but I am REALLY annoyed that the World Cup is not being shown on regular TV. I think it's SO stupid and unfair. I have not seen a single game yet because I don't have the cable that carries the World Cup. The only way I could see it is if I go to a restaurant or bar to watch it. I'm not going to a bar at 2:30 in the fucking morning to watch a game! But I remember waking up at 2:30am and watching the game with my dad in our living room. 我不知道其他本地人对世界杯有什么感觉但是我觉得很烦恼。因为世界杯不是在本地免费电视台播的 - 他们就是在另外一个电视台播的！我和很多其他人没有这个电视台所以我们大家不能享受今年的世界杯。我到现在还没有看一个比赛！FUCK! 我只能出去在什么什么饭馆看或者酒吧看。我晚上两点半肯定不会去酒吧看吧！

我还记得小的时候晚上两点半我会起床然后跟我爸爸一起看比赛。。。

JUNE 16, 2010: MOVIE - CAPITALISM 資本主義：一個愛情故事

I just finished watching an awesome movie called Capitalism - A Love Story by the awesome Michael Moore. The whole movie discusses the evils of capitalism especially with all the banks and gigantic corporations that hoard all their greed regardless what happens to the common man...the movie is a documentary about all the poor and all the people that constantly get ripped off by banks, and the US government in the US...我刚看完这部电影《資本主義：一個愛情故事》。这个导演就是很出名做纪录片的人叫Michael Moore。这次他部电影的目标就是说基本注意的事实。。。事实就是基本注意是一个很冷血的注意。基本注意对谁有好处呢？就是这个地球的银行和很大公司。。。就是他们当工作人就是没有什么价值所以如果给大公司解雇这些工作人完全没有问题。他们这个样决定就是为了他们可以有获利，所以他们（大公司的老板）觉得这样做肯定会有全市民的支持 - 这就是美国。但是在这部电影这位导演很聪明去了问很多普通市民事实是怎么样。。。问了他们为什么他们现在的家都给银行拿了。。。问了为什么一些飞行员不够钱买吃的东西！有些飞行员要排队拿政府排的免费东西吃！（看这个位子真可怕。。。）

Watching this movie reminds me of the beginnings of punk rock and hardcore. Watching this movie reminds me that one of the beauties of hardcore is to use that mind of yours to find out what the truth is and to always question what you see on TV or in the magazines. You can never believe what you see or hear. Big money - corporations - have their dirty evil hands in everything so you never know if what you hear on TV is actually the truth or has the truth been distorted to favor these big corporations. 我看着部电影的时候马上开始再想过我刚刚进入硬核和朋克的社会的时候我为什么那么投入。我刚开始听朋克完全不是因为我有听比较流行的朋克乐队。对我来说这些流行的朋克乐队完全代表不到我的心还有完全代表不到我最爱的朋克和硬核的态度。“流行”朋克？这是什么意思 - 我还不知道。我刚开始听硬核和朋克我最爱的态度就是你看和听什么的时候你需要准备你自己。准备什么？准备了解有些东西虽然是在一个报纸出现或者很出名的杂志或者在电视上出现 - 全部不代表是真理。你听到什么什么最重要是再问清楚。大公司是一家很冷血的东西。。。他们就是为获利决定很多东西 - 他们不是为了人类决定东西。。。所以如果你死的时候他们可以获利，那他们肯定喜欢你尽快死。

This is a great movie...if you have access to it then watch it immediately. You don't have to believe everything that goes in the movie - but at least it gets you to start wondering what the truth is. 我觉得这个是一部值得看的电影。我肯定不是信这个导演说的每一句话，但是我也不觉得他是想你信他所说的。我就是看这部电影之后更加要小心所有东西。这个世界有太多邪恶的人。。。大家都需要小心。

JUNE 14, 2010: OUTBREAK - 美国硬核乐队US hardcore band...

Yo...yesterday I hung out with a friend named Brian. He used to play in a US hardcore band called Grave Maker but for the past few years he has been playing in another US hardcore band called Outbreak. You can check out this band here: http://www.myspace.com/outbreak Outbreak is more traditional punk/hardcore sounding so I told him it will probably be kinda hard for people to be into his band...but they're awesome! And he's awesome too...我昨天跟我很舊的朋友叫Brian在香港有逛逛。。。他现在住在美国 - 他在美国也是玩硬核乐队的。。。他以前的乐队是Grave Maker (就是刚才给了Victory Records签的新乐队) 然后他这几年是在Outbreak玩吉他。你们可以在这个网站享受Outbreak的音乐： http://www.myspace.com/outbreak （虽然我觉得他们的乐队非常厉害 - 我跟他很坦白说因为他们的音乐是非常传统硬核 - 比较朋克那种 - 他们在这里应该卖的不太好 :-( 他的人很好 - 他就回答我 “没事！”。。。）

Brian used to live in Hong Kong and watched King Ly Chee over 10 years ago! He remembers King Ly Chee so well that even though he's playing in big hardcore bands, he still always checks this website he said. He said he used to come to this website to find out what was going on in Hong Kong and of course what is going on with King Ly Chee! hahahha...his bands (Even when he was in Grave Maker and now Outbreak) go on tour with other bands that have been in Hong Kong and he says all those bands say nice things about their time here! So that's great that bands have a good time here...even though not a lot of people attend the shows - they still think it's amazing that they had the opportunity to play their music out here. Brian是在香港长大！他十年前有看过荔枝王！他说他有试过弹我们以前的歌哈哈哈哈。。。他去了美国九年了。。。在那边开始了跟很不同硬核乐队玩。。。但是他还记得香港所以他说他没几个礼拜会回来这个网站看看我们有什么消息哈哈哈哈。。。他的乐队经常会跟Comeback Kid, Terror那些乐队一起巡演。这样的乐队来过香港演出所以他会问他们对香港的看法！他们全部说他们来香港演出很开心。。。虽然没有那么多人来看表演 - 但是他们有机会来这儿玩音乐已经很开心。。。

I think it's cool that someone that is half Chinese and who can speak Cantonese and Mandarin is touring all over the USA in a hardcore band and telling them all about King Ly Chee! So amazing...his left arm has a tattoo of HK's famous buildings Bank of China, Central Plaza, Junk, and the HK flower! :-) This dude will always remember Hong Kong! Brian是混血 - 一半中国人一半美国人。。。所以我觉得是非常酷！有一位硬核音乐人可以讲普通话可以讲广东话的人经常会在美国巡演！哈哈哈哈。。。so cool! 他的左手上他也纹了香港很出名的建筑 - 比方说“中国银行”，湾仔的叫“Central Plaza”还有一个舢板和我们香港的花叫“Bauhinia"。。。他真爱香港！他说经常会想起香港。。。九年没有回来 - 他现在在香港十分开心！ :-) 我明天陪他去深圳看看哈哈哈。。。

JUNE 12, 2010: FULL OF SADNESS心非常受伤...

The school year ended this past week...it ended on a very rainy day and it was completely chaotic getting children on the right buses and cars and making sure they got home properly and start their wonderful summer. 几天前我们今年的学年完了。。。我们跟小朋友的最后一天有非常大雨。。。我们大家的情况很乱因为有大雨然后我们还需要带我们小朋友找他们的车或者学校车。他们的夏天就开始了！

But the saddest part was the actual act of saying goodbye...knowing that this group of children will never be together again because as they move to the next grade level they will be split up in groups. So we sit and discuss things that we remember about the year...the way that we took care of each other...the way we supported each other as we tried our best to learn and tried our best to be our best...但是最难的情况就是说“再见”的时候。我们老师们就知道这班小朋友以后不会再一起。。。他们明年肯定有几个朋友一起去他们下年级的教室但是肯定不是全部小朋友一起去一个教室。。。所以我们最后几天有很多对话。。。说一说我们大家最难忘的事情。。。我们每个小朋友有谢谢其他小朋友跟他们说“谢谢你来支持我！谢谢你今年的支持！”。。。他们就知道我们全部人都是来这里支持他们的learning。。。

It was hard to say goodbye to the one child in my class who was leaving HK forever. She was a beautiful little girl with a heart of gold. She got very attached to me by the end of the year and it was literally heart-wrenching to say goodbye to her. To the point that after I had my tearful goodbye, I had to go find a quiet place somewhere in the building to be by myself and calm myself down. Tears flowed down my face and I kept praying to God that he will take care of her and her family and that she will have a wonderful life down the road...最难说再见就是跟那些小朋友将会永远离开香港。我这个学年有一个非常漂亮，很可爱的一个小女孩子。我们俩说再见的时候哭的很厉害。。。我跟他说再见之后我马上需要一个很安静的地方来想一想。。。真感动。。。我肯定会很想她。我真希望神会好好照顾这个小孩和他全家人。我很希望她到高中学毕业的时候我会飞过去她那边恭喜她！

Now that a few days have passed I can at least tell myself that I am incredibly thankful and happy that I have such a deeply rewarding job. It's not rewarding in terms of money, home and car - I never cared about these shallow things. I don't care about salary, or the size of my home or the car I drive. All I wanted in my life is to devote my life to something meaningful. That's why I play in a band like King Ly Chee, that's why I believe in hardcore, and that's i tried for many years to find a job that gave me a deeply profound feeling that I was doing something that was going to help the world. I worked in different offices and businesses before and I hated all of them. All of them were merely about the profit and about the dollar. All things that I don't care about so how can I put my heart and soul into these types of jobs? 已经过了几天。。。我只能说我很开心我终于找到一份十分有意义的工作。我真高兴我可以放我全心在我工作上。。。我的工作是十分值得的。。。不是钱，和家，和车。。。是值得因为我知道我每天上班的时候我就是做一个很有意义的工作。我就是教小朋友怎么样做一个好人，怎么样读书，怎么样写东西，怎么样做一个好朋友，等等。。。我大学毕业之后我就是想找一个有意义的工作。我经过很多不同的事业 - 酒店，办公室，等等。。。但是这些工作全部是为钱工作。我不担心这样的东西。当然钱是很重要，但是我不需要十分多钱。。。我只需要知道我所做的东西是有意思的。所以我坚持了荔枝王那么多年，所以我十分爱硬核文化，所以我十分爱我现在的工作。

Falling into teaching was a complete accident...a wonderful most amazing accident. One that I believe higher powers had to be at play...I love children and I love teaching children. For those people who are teachers, they know that there are MANY MANY others things that teachers are "required" to do for the school that are completely ANNOYING!!! But when you're back in your room surrounded by the beautiful faces of children who are ready to learn and help each other become better people...there's not better feeling...我找个事业完全是一个意外。。。但是是一个很开心很高兴很满意的意外。。。我非常爱小朋友也很爱教小朋友。大家老师们可以跟你们说，除非教书我们还需要做很多很麻烦很讨厌的东西。。。但是我们以回去我们的教室我们大家十分开心。一开门见到我们所有小朋友很想我们很想给我们看他们的努力 - 就是一个十分开心的事情。。。

I will miss all my children greatly...they left a huge impact on me and I can never forget them...我肯定会很想我所有小朋友。。。他们对我的影响很大。。。

JUNE 8, 2010: 很厉害的周末WHAT A WEEKEND...

The candlelight vigil last Friday was incredible as always...I've been going for so many years and each year it is such a painful and emotional reminder of what happened many many years ago. Some people want people to just move on and stop looking at history, but every time I hear this stupid fucking shit, I always want to say "If you don't study your history, how will you know what mistakes you've made? If you don't study your history you're bound to make those same horrible mistakes again". 上个礼拜五的烛光悼念集会都是跟每次一样很感动。。。我已经去了那么多年，我还没试过一次没有很感动很想哭的感觉。。。每次去都马上会记得我当时就是一位十二岁的小朋友在家里在我电视上看着这个事情。。。我只有一个很surprised的感觉。。。想不到。。。我知道有些人喜欢说“我们为什么要看以前的事情？不要看了吧！只向前走！”但是我很想问这些笨蛋的人 - 你为什么不想看以前的事情？如果你不看那你肯定不会有机会学者东西。如果你不学那下次有这个事情的话你肯定会又做错东西。

This was also the first time I was confronted by someone weird. It wasn't at the vigil. It was outside of my school. One of the cleaning staff asked me where I was going. I told him I was going to CWB. He started laughing "Why? To be a part of the protestors?" I replied, "Yes". He stopped laughing right away and said "Why? You're not even Chinese!" I said "I'm not Chinese but I am a human being. What happened impacted everyone who saw it with their own eyes and all of us who saw it on TV!" I couldn't believe this guy's attitude. It seemed like he was totally brainwashed. But he lives in HK! How can you be brainwashed in HK regarding what happened? It's so weird...But I was really surprised by his ignorant attitude. Only Chinese people can participate in this candlelight vigil? What about those compassionate non-Chinese people who like me were 12 years watching it unfold on our television? I will never forget that day. I sat staring at the television completely shocked with what was going on in a city not so far away from HK. 这次是我第一次我要经一个很奇怪的对话。我刚下班准备过去铜锣湾参加这个集会，我学校外面见到一为学校的本地同事。他笑着跟我说“你去哪儿呢！” 我回答他“我现在准备去铜锣湾” 他笑着跟我说 “哈哈哈。。。你去铜锣湾干嘛？去示威吗？哈哈” 然后我望着他说“对”。　他马上变了脸 “你为什去？ 你不是中国人！” 我跟他说 “我不是中国人，但是我是一个人！我是一位很有良心的人！我为什么不会参加？”

我听他的反应真觉得很奇怪。

Anyway...it was a beautiful night as always...反正那晚上真特别。。。跟每次一样很特别。。。

The next day Alison and I found a place that we're going to be living in after we get married!!! :-) Yeah!!! Very excited to be starting my new life with this wonderful person...第二天我跟我女朋友找到了我们结婚之后在哪儿住！！！很期待这个七月开始我们的新生活！ :-)

JUNE 2, 2010: GOD HELP PALESTINE 神请帮巴勒斯坦

I hope this latest ridiculous action by the Israeli government makes the whole world rise up and say enough is enough. The Israeli government attacked 6 ships that were carrying aid to the country called Palestine. This country has been blocked by Israel for many years now. Blocked. What country in this world would allow itself to be "blocked" by another country?!?!? But it is a reality - Israel blocks anything that goes in and out of Palestine. Palestinians don't have enough supplies for general life to sustain life for their entire nation. Why? Because Israel controls what comes in. Things like goats, cattle are blocked from entering Palestine! 我真希望看了以色列最近的非行动终于全地球会站起来帮巴勒斯坦的市民。大家都觉得以色列对巴勒斯坦的行动太极端。。。现在他们最近这个行动完全是证明他们就是太过分。以色列的政府攻击了六个船。这六个船就是带很多人道主义的用品给这个超级穷的国家 - 巴勒斯坦。巴勒斯坦的出入地方全部是给另外一个国家（以色列）封了。你自己想一想在这个时代有什么国家可以给另外一个国家封他们的边界呢？就是巴勒斯坦。。。他们没有權用他们自己的边界，就是全部是以色列控制的。就是以色列决定什么用品可以进去巴勒斯坦 - 比方说，羊和牛不能进去巴勒斯坦！！！！什么！？？！？！这样的动物不能进去？！？！？他妈的！你们生病了吗？！你们干吗控制另外一个国家？！你们是谁！

真可惜。。。巴勒斯坦的市民要这样生存。。。还有很少地球的国家会出来支持他们或者为了他们挑战以色列的政府问问他们或者要求他们马上开所有巴勒斯坦的边界。It's horrible what has happened and continues to happen to Palestine because of the Israeli government. It's ridiculous that so few countries have come out and demanded Israel to lift the blockade on this poor country...

JUNE 1, 2010: EDGE THE MOVIE 关于straight edge的电影

Sitting at home watching the amazing EDGE (Perspectives on drug free culture) DVD...it's amazing to hear all these bands and influential people talk about Straight Edge and how they got into it, and in turn talking about how they got into hardcore and the ideals of hardcore: DIY, gender equality, anti-racism, anti-consumerism, youth-crew culture, and so many other things...我现在在家里看着一个非常有灵感的DVD叫“EDGE THE MOVIE”。。。DVD就是两个欧洲人开始做的。。。他们就是想知道这个“straight edge”运动是什么东西？是怎么样开始的？还有最重要这个运动后面的信念是什么东西。

他们这个目的有带他们进入全硬核文化的世界。。。里面他们才可以开始了解硬核文化信念的意思: DIY, 性别平等，种族歧视，反对消费主义，反对评价他人的文化。。。在这个DVD里面他们有访问很多很有影响力的人和乐队。。。认识硬核的人肯定会认识这些乐队：Minor Threat, Earth Crisis, RAMBO, Youth of Today, 还有这些人: Ian Mackaye, Ray Cappo, 等等。。。

我看着这个DVD的时候我马上会想起我自己开始了解这个运动的时候。我当时就是认识一两个乐队。我看他们的歌词的时候我就知道我有有很强的共鸣。我马上就是想知道他们乐队的信念。慢慢我开始在研究他们，然后他们访问里面会介绍其他乐队和其他运动里面的其他运动比方说straight edge, 反对种族歧视，vegan，等等。。。我看这个DVD马上想起我对刚刚开始听硬核的热情。。。我只想多多了解所以我会拿什么机会来看和听和说关于这个文化的东西。我会看很多地下的杂志，看很多乐队的访问，看很多乐队的歌词，等等。。。因为当时，香港那里有硬核乐队可以看！我就是十七岁的时候去美国读大学才能看到真硬核乐队的表演。。。

The main idea is of these two German guys (I think) who are trying to learn about straight edge and how it started...and through it they learn so much about hardcore and everything behind this positive movement. It reminds me of how I got into hardcore and how once I got into it and learned a little bit, all I wanted to do was learn more, so I'd check out more bands, read more interviews, read for more underground zines, and the best part was the more I learned about it the more I found that there are more people in this world that think like me and have their own minds and don't follow any gossip and bullshit that shallow people spew out and also believe in.

So whether or not you're straight edge...if you just want to learn about hardcore THIS is the DVD to watch...what a GREAT one-stop DVD to learn about hardcore and the message behind it...所以我觉得如果你是straight edge或者不是straight edge完全没事！！！你想了解硬核文化我建议你们看看这个DVD。。。他们说的方法很好也真可以代表硬核文化的信念和力量。。。

我最喜欢有几位有影响力的人都不停说 “如果你以前是straight edge但是你现在不是 - 关我什么事？！” 我觉得这个是一非常重要的重点。。。我自己很小的时候的是后已经选择了不喝酒，不吸烟，不吸毒的生活方式因为这个生活是最适合我和我的性格。就是那么简单。我永远没有用这个东西来评价他人！我是straight edge但是如果你不是这个完全不是一个问题！Straight Edge就是为我自己。那么简单。。。

I love hardcore. 那么多地下文化运动，这个是其中一个最正面的。Hardcore不是就是关于你乐队的mosh和breakdown。。。这个音乐的意思就是有意思。最重要是有意思。。。

MAY 31, 2010: Last 2 weeks of school...boohoo...已经到了这个学年的最后两个礼拜。。。可惜了。。。

I can't believe the school year is already almost over...I can still remember the first day I met these kids back in August of 2009 at their first day of school! It feels like yesterday!!! But over this past year the whole classroom has grown into a little world of people who support each other and learn with each other and truly love each other. It is wonderful to come to our classroom every morning and know that these our last few days together and we are just going to have a great time together...我真不相信这个学年已经那么快出不多完了。。。我们只有多两个礼拜然后我们开始放暑假。。。我还记得这般很厉害的小朋友第一天来我们的教室！他们当时很天真什么都不太清楚。然后这一年每天见到他们我们一起有进步我们自己。一起来鼓励大家的进步，一起来支持大家的进步。。。用了真爱来支持和鼓励大家。。。

现在每天过去教室我们大家肯定很有高兴的感觉，很开心的感觉，但是还有很不开心的感觉，很想哭的感觉。。。全部混下来了。。。心里肯定全是很乱的感觉。。。

我真希望这般小朋友永远会记得他们的一年级的老师。。。就是一位老师十分爱他们的！ :-)

I'm truly going to miss these children...they quickly become your own children and many of them I feel invested way beyond the classroom...I hope they always remember me and remember that thier first grade teacher was someone that loved them very much...

These last 2 weeks are going to be fun, exciting, sad, and devastating...all mixed into one...

MAY 29, 2010: Xiamen cancelled...James Hetfield Straight Edge?!?!...Riz getting married! 厦门演出日子改了！。。。Metallica的主唱宣布了他是straight edge!。。。Riz这个夏天结婚！

Unfortunately, the Chinese government has once again shown it's power and influence by forcing an organizer of a festival to change their date last minute...the date will now be October some time. Hopefully the organizers will invite us back. 可惜了。。。厦门的音乐节没办法，他们要搬他们音乐节到十月。希望他们会再请我们过去演出。我们跟你们一样太期待再去厦门演出。。。但是没办法，政府的决定我们谁有能力改？我们大家都是普通市民。

Weird news...到了奇怪的消息：

James Hetfield has announced that he's straight edge now! That's SOOOOO cool! He said that he has stopped drinking for years now, doesn't smoke and doesn't do drugs! So he is straight edge! He even got himself a straight edge tattoo! In the interview he talked about the originators of straight edge the band Minor threat and all that stuff...amazing! Metallica的主唱前几天有通知大家他现在是straight edge! 我觉得这个是非常cool!!! 他说了他已经几年前决定了不会再喝酒，也停了吸烟，不吸毒，所以他现在可以说他是一位straight edge人！他在访问里面还说很多关于straight edge的历史 - 比方说Minor Threat乐队！他还有一个新straight edge纹身！！！SO COOL!!!

Also - I have announced that I'm getting married this summer to my long time beautiful girlfriend Alison!!! We are very excited...we will be going to Pakistan to get married and have a full on traditional Pakistani wedding there, then we'll have a Chinese wedding for her family here, then we'll do something crazy for our friends in September!!! 还有我前几天有通知了大家 - 我跟我女朋友这个夏天将会回去巴基斯坦结婚！真兴奋开始我跟她的新生活！我们去巴基斯坦做一个完全传统巴基斯坦的婚礼。。。然后回来香港跟他家人做个中国的婚礼，然后再跟我们好朋友再做一个。。。

太高兴了！！！

MAY 24, 2010: 新sick of it all唱片NEW SOIA RECORD

So a good friend in HK ordered me the new Sick of it All album that comes with a free dvd. The DVD is awesome...I've been listening to the album for the past week...but I've finally realized - that the album BEFORE this one called "Death to Tyrants" is a billion times better. If you listen to the album Death to Tyrants there are very few songs that you'll want to skip...basically every song fucking kicks ass on that album. On the new album there are a couple cool songs - but the lyrics aren't that spectacular...a little bit of a disappointment because Sick of it All is by far my favorite hardcore band...一位好朋友有帮我们买我最爱的硬核乐队的最新唱片。。。这个乐队就是sick of it all。。。我刚刚这个礼拜差不多每天都有听他们这张唱片。但是，我后来觉得他们在上一张唱片比这个好很多。他们再上一个是“death to tyrants”。那个十分好！！！歌词上和音乐上！！！那张唱片有一首歌叫“Make a Mark"。。。那首歌的意思挺厉害。。。就是说这个年代的重型音乐差不多全部都没有什么意思想说。。。他们就是房他们所有时间和热情在他们的衣服，发型。。。他们为什么用他们时间学习他们玩音乐的风格？应该花他们时间学习他们音乐风格的历史。。。学习早期的乐队的音乐和信念。。。然后尊重早期来的乐队。。。因为有他们才有我们今天。

Read the lyrics to songs like "Make a Mark" - that is off the Death to Tyrants album...that songs hands down is one of the best because of the message about bands today who have nothing to say...who spend more time on their clothes and their hair then actually writing music that has a purpose, or spending time LEARNING about the music they play, spending time respecting the forefathers of their musical style.

I wish I was shallow. If I were shallow then I could also enjoy the more retarded things that the youth seem to like about music - the clothes, the cool musical style, the hairstyles, the boring gossip and lies...我有时候会自己想一想 - 如果我是一位比较肤浅的人，我应该会开心很多。因为我是在一个十分肤浅的世界里住。如果我也是一位很肤浅的人那我也可以享受衣服，发型，潮流音乐，等等。。。我觉得那些肤浅的人真幸运，完全不要用脑想一想。

So "Respect" Magazine - a magazine that I actually have a lot of respect for - has turned out to be just like all the other local HK magazines. Just like those grossly uninformed magazines, Respect magazine also labels any type of music with heavy guitars and screaming vocals as "hardcore". The specific band that they chose to label as "hardcore" - don't laugh everyone - they labeled HK metal/metalcore band Maniac as "hardcore". What the fuck? Even Maniac don't call themselves "hardcore"! Maniac respects the "hardcore" culture and so they know that the style they play has nothing to do with "hardcore" - they are clearly a heavily As I Lay dying/Unearth/August Burns Red/Soilwork/At the Gates influenced band! And anyone that knows heavy music knows that NONE of those bands are hardcore bands...they're all metal bands! 香港只有一本本地中文杂志让我很有尊重感。他们就是叫 “Respect尊重”杂志 - 是说音乐的。但是我最近发现他们对重型音乐的知识都是跟香港的其他垃圾杂志一样很少。 他们跟其他香港杂志一样会觉得一队乐队有重型的声音，还有主唱喜欢scream的话全部都是"hardcore"风格的。比方说 - 香港有一队比较新的乐队叫Maniac。全世界听重型音乐的人都知道这个乐队是一个metal或者metalcore的乐队。但是在这个杂志里面他们说了他们是一个hardcore的乐队。What the fuck? Maniac自己都没说过他们是一队hardcore乐队。Maniac自己都很尊重我们这个硬核文化，他们也明白他们的音乐完全没有什么hardcore的元素还在。如果你听Maniac的音乐你马上会想起来这些乐队: As I Lay dying/Unearth/August Burns Red/Soilwork/Parkway Drive/At the Gates。。。这些乐队当然不是硬核乐队了！他们全部是很厉害的metal和metalcore乐队！

Of course - to the general public it doesn't really matter...but to people like me who have spent crazy amounts of money and time trying to bring in bands and promote hardcore - it is so annoying that a magazine that is called "respect" can't find a writer in all of HK that actually "respect" heavy music! 当然，对普通人来说这个完全不是很重要的问题。。。但是对我来说，我这十一年花了那么多钱和时间和热情支持我们硬核这个文化，请了乐队来香港，做十分多访问，等等，我自己觉得很讨厌。。。为什么一本叫“respect尊重”的杂志不会尊重我们这个文化？全港他们真找不到一个比较认识重型音乐的人来写文章吗？很奇怪。。。

I'm not impressed...there isn't a SINGLE local HK Chinese magazine that I actually respect. The only one is still Respect...hopefully they'll learn from this silly mistake and remember that responsible reporting makes for the best kinds of media. 香港所有本地杂志都是八卦杂志，全部是非常无聊，就是污染年轻人的杂志。。。我真希望respect杂志可以用这个事情来学习一下怎么做一个很有责任感的杂志。。。我还是很支持他们 - 他们还是很有heart来做事情。。。

On that note反正: Our young brothers in Maniac are releasing their first CDep this Saturday. I think they're calling it an "album" but it only has 5 songs so I would consider that an EP. We've heard it and it's not bad! Of course, in time they'll only get better. So the future should be exciting for these guys..。我们的兄弟Maniac这个礼拜六将会出他们的第一张CDep。（他们好像叫这张CD是一个大碟但是这张CD只有五六首歌所以对未来说我自己会讲这个CD是一个EP）。我们已经听了他们这张CDep。真不错！当然他们肯定会越来越好！所以我很肯定可以说他们的将来应该会很好 - 如果他们会继续玩重型音乐的话他们肯定会更好！星期六见！   

MAY 21, 2010: 今天是我们鼓手Egas的生日！EGAS' BIRTHDAY TODAY!

Yo guys what's up! It's been awhile since I've posted because I'm lazy as fuck! Actually, no - I'm not lazy as fuck...I work hard and have been busy doing so much shit. Plus organizing two shows in a week was a lot of work and then I still have my dayjob. It is close to the end of the school year so there's a log of things that we teachers need to do at the end of the year that is really deep emotional hard work...and that type of work is so MUCH more tiring then anything else...大家好。。。我知道我很久没有写个新日记。。。就是因为我很懒。。。但是，对不起我完全不是一个很懒的人 - 就是我十分忙。。。一个礼拜里要安排两个乐队的演出是十分辛苦的东西。然后我还要乖哦那座。。。现在就是差不多学年的end所以我们老师们在这个时候有非常多东西要做和安排。。。做老师是一个比较易动情的工作。。。所以每天做完工作之后个人是十分累。。。

Anyway...

Today is Egas' birthday! Our drummer boy turns 12 years old today! We are so thrilled for him because this is his last year as a teenager! Congratulations Egas! So what are our album updates? Nothing. We are still waiting for Egas because he has a LOT going on in his life with his full-time job, and his studying at the same time...the kid works hard so we're waiting patiently for whenever he's ready. No one should be forced to record when they're tired out of their mind. We're here for you homie! 新唱片的消息。。。我们没有什么消息可以给你们知道。就是因为我们鼓手的生活已经挺忙。他白天要工作，然后晚上要上课。。。所以他就是太累。。。累得时候怎么能录音？不能。所以我们对他很有耐心等到他完全很投入开始录音。

We've updated our front page with the Xiamen music festival poster!! We canNOT wait to be back there!!! Last year was so much fun...this year is going to be CRAZY for sure...and our sweet brother Li You's band is also playing so we are even MORE excited!!! 我终于上载了我们厦门演出的海报！太期待再有机会去厦门演出！我们上次在这个音乐节的时候玩的十分开心！那边的人的热情十分厉害！对我们的乐队，对我们的音乐，对我们的信念完完全全支持。。。太感谢他们！

MAY 17, 2010: BANE = HARDCORE

Bane is the BEST hardcore band to ever come to Hong Kong...I will never forget that night that they played here...我觉得BANE就是最厉害的硬核乐队来香港演出。。。我永远不能忘记他们演出的一晚。。。太感动。。。

I have been organizing shows in Hong Kong for over 11 years...I have been promoting hardcore in Hong Kong for over 11 years...put on shows for countless bands...have been touring with King Ly Chee for all this time...我已经在香港安排演出安排了十一年了。。。我在香港宣传硬核文化已经宣传了十一年。。。跟我乐队一样巡演，演出，宣传硬核十一年了。。。我可以现在很肯定跟大家说 - 那么多演出，那么多乐队来香港演出 - BANE就是最“正”最牛逼最厉害的一个硬核乐队。。。

BANE was hands down the greatest band that I've ever had the honor to organize a show for in Hong Kong. Last night on stage they represented everything that I've ever loved about hardcore他们那个晚上有代表我所爱硬核的东西:

1. energy 活力
2. positivity 正面态度
3. family 我们就是一家人
4. a message 有意义的文化
5. HUMILITY 谦恭的性格

Hardcore will always be these things to me...not about breakdowns, and your mosh moves, and certainly not your clothes - hair - make up - and all of that shallow bullshit that makes you look "cool" on the outside but covers up the fact that you may be a total piece of crap on the inside...对我来说硬核永远就是包括这样的东西。。。发型, 你的衣服, 化装 - 这样的垃圾东西不代表硬核。。。这样很肤浅的行动就是cover了你心里可能有问题。。。

Hardcore is about that person inside...a community of people who want to GIVE more then they take...a community of people who help support each other as we TRY to become better people AND support each other when we fail MISERABLY at trying to be better people...硬核最重要就是你的人格。。。我们就是一家人随时准备好帮他人，不要求他人再帮我们，我们就是喜欢帮人所以我们继续安排演出，支持他们的乐队，支持我们这个文化。。。我们还会支持我们那些朋友想进步他们自己，我们还会支持那些朋友想进步自己但是十分失败了。。。我们就是人吗！没有一个人完全没有问题的！所以我们做“family”这个意思是很深很深的！无论如何一家人不会放弃他们自己家人。。。做错东西，做错行动，我们还需要跟他们了解他们错过哪方面，然后支持他们改变自己。。。我今年是三十四岁 - 我还需要学很多东西！！！我很多方面还有很多问题！但是，我很高兴我全地球有十分多朋友有支持我，就是代表真“爱”的感觉。

Bane in Hong Kong was a night that I'll never forget...looking at the people next to me screaming along...singing along...looked around and saw my brother Andy have tears in his eyes as Aaron talked about him after the song Superhero...我永远不能忘记BANE在香港演出的一晚。。。站在我旁边的观众一起来唱，一起来跳。。。BANE玩完“superhero”（这首歌就是说我们straight edge的人不是超人 - 如果你想放弃吸烟，等等，你也有能力做！就要依赖你自制力！！！你能做到！）主唱有说他刚到场地的时候有一位本地香港人跟他说“我停吸烟的时候就是听你们那首歌。。。就是你们那首歌给我力量继续放弃烟。。。谢谢你们这个首歌”。。。主唱这句话的时候我马上知道他就是说谁 - 我们 以前的吉他手Andy。。。主唱一说完我望着Andy见到他的眼有眼泪。。。太感动。。。主唱台上的时候谢谢我也让我有眼泪。。。他不是很简单说“谢谢你riz等等”就是他说话的方法会让我想哭。。

I'll never forget last night...

Thank you for supporting hardcore...we know it's not "heavy" enough, the riffs are not "ging", it may sound too "punk"...etc...but the power of hardcore is in the simplicity of the music, the urgency of the lyrics and the power behind the message...全国加的来看BANE的朋友谢谢你们来支持这个乐队。我们大家都明白有很多人会觉得Bane的吉他“riff”不够重型，他们音乐不够重型，他们的音乐台像朋克，他们的音乐太简单，等等。。。但是硬核音乐的力量就是在他们的很简单的音乐上，他们每一句的意思十分有着急的感觉。。。他们每一个字十分有意思。。。

这就是硬核。谢谢大家。。。谢谢BANE十五年没有停过。。。谢谢所有中国里支持硬核的朋友和支持者。。。就是因为你们出的力量我们才可以让我们这个文化越来越多人来支持！！！

MAY 10, 2010: SHAI HULUD = PHENOMENAL shai hulud的现场很牛逼！！！

One of the best shows I've organized in the past 11 years...my top favorite shows that I've organized so far have been: Comeback Kid, Terror, Misery Signals, and Shai Hulud...我其中最爱的本地演出。。。Shai Hulud真太厉害！！！现场太牛逼。。。他们的人也是非常好人。。。完全没有一点明星的感觉！就是一般爱hardcore和metal的人。。。

There were super nice guys...and incredible live...their singer was only 19 years old!!! WHAT?!?! Lucky bastard got a good break! hahahaha...he also has heard of King Ly Chee! That's pretty cool...he saw me at the airport and said "Hey, didn't you guys have a girl singer?" Pretty weird! But that was cool...他们的主唱就是十九岁！最奇怪就是。。。我去机场接他们的时候，这个主唱问我是不是荔枝王的成员。我说我是然后他说“我认识你们的乐队！在我的城市里有很多人喜欢你们！你们还有那个女主唱吗？”哈哈哈哈！真奇怪！ :-)

The turnout for the show was not very big unfortunately...I just think it's weird that members of metalcore or metal bands didn't come watch this show. Do you know the history of the music you play? Or is all that you know about the type of music you play is As I Lay Dying, Unearth and Killswitch Engage, Bring me the Horizon, Devil Wears Prada, detc...or bands that came out the past few years? I just think it's weird that you play in a heavy band but choose not to research the music you play...可惜看演出的数量不多。。。我就是觉得很奇怪。。。本地有很多人玩metalcore和metal但是他们没有来看这个演出。你们没有兴趣研究一下你们现在玩的风格的历史吗？真奇怪。。。或者你们就是觉得认识这些乐队就够了？As I Lay Dying, Unearth and Killswitch Engage, Bring me the Horizon, Devil Wears Prada。。。我就是觉得奇怪你们自己没有兴趣主动一点去看看你们风格的历史。。。

Either way...Shai Hulud was incredible...there are some incredible photos up on facebook so check them out!!! 反而 - Shai Hulud就是太牛逼。。。我真希望他们会再来这儿演出。。。facebook有很多很厉害的照片。。。

The next show is a very very hardcore show...Bane are coming and they are one of my favorite hardcore bands on this planet. They are one of my favorite for many reasons - but mainly because they have lyrics that are very important to me and have touched me in many ways...我们下个演出就是一个非常硬核的演出 - 就是出名美国硬核乐队Bane!!!!我喜欢很多硬核乐队 - 他们是我其中一个最爱的。。。我有很多原因爱这个乐队 - 但是最爱的方面就是他们的歌词。。。他许多歌词有感动我。。。有很多歌词我十分有共鸣。。。

I cannot wait to see them here...I cannot wait to sing along with Bane to lyrics to such special songs as: 我太期待这个礼拜可以经快过。。。我就是到现场跟他们一起大声唱他们的歌词。。。

Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!! 太感谢你们！我的朋友说我上台的时候说“谢谢”说了太多次！哈哈哈哈。。。但是我只能说“谢谢” 因为你们内地的支持者对我们的乐队那么有热情，我真想感谢你们！每一次见到你们我只能说谢谢。。。谢谢你们的热情，谢谢你们的活力（你们的活力是非常厉害！！！你们的活力对我们现场的影响是十分大！！！希望你们永远可以给我们一个那么有热情和活力的感觉！！！看到你们不停动，就会给我们更加力量！！！又说 - 谢谢！！！）

All we can say is thank you over and over to all our friends and supporters up in Mainland China for giving us all their heart and energy and passion every time we play there! It's incredible...there used to be a time that we would see that in HK but those days are LONG LONG gone!!!

When we got on stage and you guy started screaming our band's name...the insane circle pits, stagedives, mosh, singing along, screaming along...everything was just beautiful...then after we played you guys went to the back and bought SO MANY SHIRTS!!! It was just a great day...we are lucky to have your love and support...我们一上台听到你们大声叫我们的名字真感动。。。然后你们的跳水，circle pit, mosh, 听到你们跟我们一起唱。。。都是很给了我们一个非常难忘的一日！！！

APR 30, 2010: MIDI WE'RE COMING!!!!!!

终于到了！！！我们就是今天从香港出发！！！去北京！！！我们所有北京的朋友我们今天晚上将会到北京！！！我们到现在不太清楚我们会住哪儿哈哈哈哈。。。

我昨天收到了我们新T恤！！！我已经放了在我的旅行袋到。。。可以跟大家说 - 我的旅行袋十分种！！！哈哈哈哈。。。

我真说不了。。。我太兴奋。。。我怕我上台的时候见到你们的热情反应会让我更疯了！！！但是我就像看你们怎么样疯狂。。。大家一起来代表中国硬核！！！

APR 26, 2010: BUSY AS FUCK!!!!!!!!! 太忙了！！！

Fuck - this past weekend was retarded...a weekend should be a time where people get to relax before another week of work...刚才这个周末真疯狂了。。。通常他人一到周末的时候可以休息。。。休息了之后他们才有活力再工作。。。

I didn't get a second to relax at all...too much going on in my little world. 但是在我的世界里我这个周末一秒都没有时间休息。。。

It's hard to keep my heart focused on ONE thing!!! So many great things are coming in the next few weeks! The most exciting is of course that we're playing MIDI and we're going to be back in one of my favorite cities in the world - BEIJING! We'll be there Friday night!!! All my friends - see you Friday night!!! 我这几天真难放我全心在一个东西到！！！太多很兴奋的活动就来了！当然最兴奋就是几天后我们将会在迷笛音乐节演出！！！还有我们这个礼拜五会在我其中最爱的城市 - 北京！！！北京的朋友星期五见！！！

Then we come back to Hong Kong and we're organizing Shai Hulud in Hong Kong as well as Bane!!! Ridiculous that both these legendary hardcore and metal/hardcore bands are coming to HK the same week!!! 然后玩完了迷笛回来我有安排两个演出 - 一个是Shai Hulud 五月八号。。。还有Bane五月十四号。。。真想不到一个礼拜里会有这两个十分著名的硬核和金属的乐队来香港演出！

APR 25, 2010: MIDI IN 6 DAYS!!! 六天后 - 迷笛！！！！

Check it out!!! We're very excited to get this up!!! Unfortunately the youku version isn't clear! Sorry about that...we'll get the original version soon and re-upload it on a different website which is MUCH clearer! Our friend of Larry's Pizza (the drummer Liu Zhong) made this video for us! He used footage from our China Tour and it looks SOOOOOO good...the original version looks great I mean! 快点看看吧！可惜在youku突然我们这个广告是非常不清楚。。。对不起！原本的是非常好看！这个广告就是我们好朋友北京朋克乐队Larry's Pizza的鼓手刘忠帮我做的！！！原本的是非常好看！他用的影片全部是从我们最近内地巡演拍的！

We have uploaded pictures of our new shirts!!! They will be on sale at MIDI and the Bane show. Friends outside of Hong Kong will be able to buy it online in May!!! 我们这几天上载了新衣服的图给大家看看！我们将会在MIDI卖还有在我们五月十四号跟BANE演出也会卖。。。还有我们港外的支持者我们将会放这些衣服在一个网站给大家机会买！:-)

Very excited to get these awesome things out! We've been working very carefully with our friends in Filipino clothing company called Killapinas who helped designed all of these! They have some incredible designs and we're very psyched on this collaboration!!! Last night I got an email on our Douban page from supporters in Shenzhen and Guangzhou who are going to travel all the way up to Beijing to watch us at MIDI!!! OH MY GOD!!! That's amazing!!! They're going to take a train all the way up to be a part of it! MIDI is going to be incredible...I can't even begin to think how special this is going to be for us. 我昨天在我的豆瓣受到一个挺感动的email. 是一位深圳的支持者 - 他有通知我他跟他写深圳和广州的朋友将会坐火车特意去MIDI看我们在MIDI演出！！！真厉害！！！十分感动受到这个EMAIL！我说不了了。。。就能说谢谢你的热情！为了你们和我们所有支持者我们肯定会给你们看和感到一个非常精彩的表演！！！

I finally had time to scan the 4 page article that they ran of us in China's biggest metal magazine (our favorite metal magazine on this planet) called Painkiller!!! The article was written by our good friend Paul who booked the tour for us and helped us through the whole thing. 我昨天终于有时间scan我们最近在重型音乐杂志里面的巡演日志！太厉害了！重型音乐是中国的最大的重型音乐杂志也是我们这个地球上的最爱的重型音乐杂志！:-) 我们的巡演经理写这个日志。。。十分好看。。。

APR 11, 2010: 昨天晚上很厉害！GREAT SHOW!

Last night was fun as hell! But because Poly U MUSO was organizing the show, we already knew it was going to be great! They are one of the best most kindest organizers in Hong Kong. They are always respectful and always helpful. They just always want to make the bands feel comfortable and happy...it seems so logical but so many organizers don't seem to understand how important that is. This is not just a problem with Hong Kong but all over the world. We have played a lot of places...and many places also have this problem. It is so important that as an organizer you make the bands feel comfortable and make them know that you are there to help them and respect them...then the band is going to play the hardest for sure!!! It makes SO much sense...昨天晚上真的很棒！香港的理工大学每年是安排一个挺大的演出。我觉得那么多年玩荔枝王我没有试过一个组织是那么好人，那么客气，那么有尊重感，那么专业，那么乐于帮乐队。。。他们真是我觉得香港的最厉害安排演出的人。我们乐队肯定不是明星，在香港我们还不是一个很大的乐队，但是他们不理这个东西，他们就想我们很舒服因为如果乐队们是舒服和开心他们肯定会给大家更精彩的表演。我觉得他们这个想法是十分对的 - 是应该的！每个安排演出的组织应该是这样做 - 包括我们“由零开始”的！

So thank you so much Poly U...it is so strange to think that EVERY year you guys are a different group of people but you ALWAYS keep your standards high and you always put on a show that meets and beats those standards! That's GREAT!!! You guys are my inspiration!!! 所以我们全队真想感谢所有理工大学的工作人员和搞手！谢谢你们的支持！谢谢你们搞一个大的演出给我们地下乐队玩！我昨天上台也说过了 - 在港外我们常会玩很大的演出，在很多人面前，但是反而在香港我们很少有机会在很多人面前演出！所以我们只能说谢谢，谢谢，谢谢。。。太感激你们的帮助和支持和热情。。。

最奇怪是他们MUSO的人每年都是不同的，但是因为他们已经SET他们搞演出水平十分高，他们每年搞的演出是非常精彩。。。他们每年还能达到他们这个那么高的水平！！！这是他们最厉害的地方。。。you guys are great!!!

Our next show is May 1 MIDI!!! Get ready for that! This year seems like it's going ot be CRAZY!!! :-) 我们下个演出就是全国家的最出名摇滚音乐节 - MIDI！！！真兴奋我们今年有份演出！！！我们已经期待我们所有内地的支持者为了这场演出会帮我们一起火爆MIDI！！！到时上台的时候我们很期待见到你们的眼神 - 你们眼神里的热情会更给我们力量玩的最爆！到时间！！！！

APR 9, 2010: 今天回去香港！北京五月一号迷笛再见！BACK IN HONG KONG! SEE YOU BEIJING MAY 1 MIDI!!!

I'm writing this Friday night and I'm still in Beijing. Again - I've had a great time in Beijing hanging out with so many friends and bumping into people all over the place...these past few days I hung out with my good friend Li you and his awesome band of funny dudes Unregenerate Blood...then hung out with Tookoo...then hung out with Suffocated...then yesterday I bumped into my super old friend Li Peng who sings for Reflector...现在是星期五晚上。。。我还在北京但是我明天四月十号将会离开北京回去香港。每次来北京比上一次好玩很多。。。我真幸运认识很多zhu好朋友所以有很多人好好的照顾！这次我有跟我好朋友李游差不多每天有吃饭，还有跟他乐队不复之血一起吃饭和好好的聊天儿，然后我一天是跟TOOKOO吃饭和聊天儿，一天跟窒息的几位成员聊天儿，然后我昨天逛逛的时候撞到我很舊的朋友李鹏（反光镜的主唱）！我认识这位朋友煮多年！我认识他的时候他还没进入反光镜 - 当时他还在反政府孩子一起！hahahaha...

Such a great time in this crazy crazy city...Alison and I have had a great time and we've even re-talked about possibly moving up here one day. I even talked about it with the King Ly Chee dudes because in all honesty, for a serious band, there is nothing in Hong Kong. There is nothing in Hong Kong that will keep a serious band going. The only thing that Hong Kong is good for is killing dreams...because life in Hong Kong is just too hard - people need to always be thinking about "reality" to stay alive. It's not a city for dreamers that's for sure....it's a city for people who are more pragmatic and just do what it is to stay alive. Arts and music is not an option...这次都是一样十分好玩！我跟我女朋友再聊过试一试搬上来一两年。这事情我也跟荔枝王的成员也聊过。真的说，一个认真的乐队在香港没有什么希望。这也不是一个新发现的事实 - 我们很久已经知道这件事情但是还不够勇气去面对这个情况。如果我们够勇气但我们应该很主动会搬去第二个地方再试一试。香港不是一个可以发梦的地方 - 这里所有梦想是来死。这就是因为香港的生活水平真高 - 大家都需要很努力工作才可以生存。。。那么幸苦工作谁有精力再很努力玩一个乐队呢？艺术和音乐真没有希望。。。

Anyway - I just want to thank all my friends up in Beijing for taking care of me. I especially want to thank my awesome brother Li You his wife Li Si Fan and all the UB boys for taking care of me and Alison these past few days...these guys REALLY know how to be amazing hosts. there is so much that I can learn from these guys...all they do is give and give and give and not expect a single thing in return. 反正我真想感谢我的挺好朋友的帮助和招呼！！！非常谢谢李游和他的老婆还有他的成员！！！谢谢你们的照顾！！！一天希望可以再香港见到你们！！！

I arrive back in Hong Kong today around 5pm and I'm going straight to the show! We're playing at 8pm tonight and we cannot WAIT to play! Even if most HK people don't want to see us - we cannot WAIT to play and have a good time! 我今天五点钟回来香港然后马上去场地演出！我们将会在八点钟左右演！即使大部分香港人没有什么兴趣看我们演出，我们自己挺兴奋演出！！！很期待上台发疯了！哈哈哈哈。。。今天晚上见！

APR 7, 2010: 谢谢你重型音乐杂志！！！PAINKILLER MAG!!!

So yesterday I was walking in the Wu Dao Kou area of Beijing and I saw a newspaper stand so I went to check out if they had the latest issue of Painkiller Mag - China's biggest and best metal music magazine. I found it and there it was - our tour journal written by our tour manager Paul!!! It's a FULL 4 pages worth of amazing memories of our recent 12 day China tour!!! He did such an amazing job...I just want to be back on tour after reading it!!! 我昨天去了五道口陪我女朋友。。。我经过了一个报纸党然后我进去看他们有没有最新的重型音乐杂志因为我听Paul说他们里面有我们巡演记录的文章！就是Paul写的。。。然后我找到马上打开！！！挺开心！！！十分开心见到重型音乐杂志给了我们四版！！！真兴奋！看了Paul所写的之后我马上想起巡演，然后我马上希望再巡演。。。Paul你写的真厉害！！！谢谢你！

Once I'm back in HK I will scan it and upload it here so you guys can check it out...我一回来香港我将会SCAN这个文章然后放在我们这个网站！但是，如果你们有机会买这期那这是最理想的！快点出去支持一个那么棒的杂志了！就是第三十七期！！！

I just want to say that I'm so thankful that outside of HK we get such great press from magazines, organizers, organizations that we respect. In China there's a magazine that caters just to heavy music...it's incredible that this exists and we are SOOOO thankful that this magazine has been supporting us for so many years. 我只想说：谢谢重型音乐杂志！你们那么多年的支持我们永远不会忘记！！！我们在香港很少有机会上什么什么杂志（而且我们也没有什么兴趣跟什么本地杂志合作因为他们全部都是报道无聊和潮流的事情）- 所以见到我们香港外面有那么厉害的杂志的支持我们真感动！我们真谢谢你们！

Of course...our media's shortcomings in HK become painfully evident. But I'm not going to be negative. At least in HK, we can still say what we want to say, and sing lyrics based on the topics we want to sing about without fear of repercussions...当然对我们本地香港杂志的情况没有什么好事情可以说，但是我也不想说什么负面的东西。起码我们这里想说什么就可以说，想看什么就看，等等。。。我们不要怕我们歌词关于什么题目 - 我们想唱什么就唱。

These past few days in Beijing have been a blur!!! I know so many people here and all these Beijing people are so kind and warm with me...they all want me to meet them for lunch or dinner and just hang out!!! Such great people...I think these past few days I've learned more Mandarin then I have learned the entire year of 2009!!! 这几天在北京真兴奋！！！我认识很多人。。。本地北京人真好。。。很好客！哈哈哈哈。。。每天有人约我吃饭，等等。。。我一个礼拜就不够了！还有我这几天学的普通话比我全二零零九年学的多十分多！哈哈哈哈。。。

Anyway...going to bed...lots to do tomorrow! 好的。。。我要睡觉！明天也是很忙！

APR 5, 2010: 这几天真疯了！WOW! WHAT A CRAZY FEW DAYS!

I can't believe these past few days! So my crazy trip started Thursday at 3pm when I got on a train to Beijing. A nice 23 hour trip that was...but it was great when we arrived in Beijing. I love being in this city...as soon as I arrived I called both my good friends Paul and Li You! It was good to talk to them and they were both excited that I was back in Beijing! Alison and I went to check in at our hotel and within one hour we were on our way to 鼓楼大街! For what you might ask yourself? For some 新疆菜 of course! hehehehe...I need my 羊肉串！ We also went there because there was a show going on with a US band called Ruiner. I wasn't interested in seeing them but I really wanted to see all the opening Beijing hardcore bands!!!! But on my way there I found out that both Li You's band Unregenerate Blood and our other friend's band 从未发生 both weren't playing!!! Arghh!!! But at least a brand new China hardcore band called Return the Truth were playing and their songs are SOOOOO good so I was very excited to see them. 我真不相信这几天的日程！哈哈哈哈。。。我的旅行就是上个礼拜四开始。。。我在香港上了火车去北京。二十三个小时之后我到了北京火车的西站。我一下车马上给了我兄弟Paul和李游打个电话。我们马上约了他们一会儿吃东西。当然大家知道我想吃什么东西 - 对就是新疆菜！！！“再来个羊肉串儿！快点儿！” 哈哈哈哈。。。所以我们去了鼓楼大街吃。在哪儿我们也想看那晚上的演出。有个美国的乐队叫Ruiner但是真的说，我完全没有兴趣看他们。我只想看所有开场的北京硬核乐队因为本身那晚上有之血不复，从未发生，还有新乐队Return the Truth!!! 但是可惜了。。。吃饭的时候李游通知了我他们不能演出，还有从未发生也不能演出！起码有Return the Truth! 我听了他们豆瓣的歌真开心所以我很期待看他们的演出！

吃饭的时候突然见到很多北京硬核的兄弟！真兴奋见到那么多人。。。大家很开心很高兴跟大家聊天儿。。。我真想这个事情。。。想什么？想起我们以前在香港演出的地方也是这样 - 平时很少见到这般朋友因为工作问题等等，就是演出的时候才见到很多朋友所以大家很开心。这个事情在香港已经没有了很久了。。。

The coolest part was while we were eating at the 新疆 place all  the Beijing hardcore kids came by! It was so cool to see everyone before the show and say hello and hang out...everyone was laughing and there was SO MUCH positivity in the air!!! It was beautiful...

The show was awesome - I only watched Return the Truth because Alison and I had to go. The next morning I was flying to Bangkok and I needed to be at the airport at 7am!!! hahahaha...演出很好看！但是我只能看一个乐队因为我第二天很早要起来去机场给过去曼谷。。。

The next day began my nutty experience to get to Bangkok...我第二天开始了我的真疯的日程。十点钟上飞机去香港，因为我找不到直接飞去曼谷的飞机。在想要换飞机去曼谷。。。我在香港的时候才可以上到facebook见到很多朋友祝我们演出成功还有很多朋友说他们将会看我们直播的影片！真开心。。。但是我有留意那么多朋友只是一个本的香港人有祝我们演出成功。奇怪。。。但是我们已经接受了这个情况很久了。

I was on a place for almost 8 hours because my flight wasn't direct to Bangkok...instead it flew me back to Hong Kong where I had to switch flights to Bangkok. So in Hong Kong I was able to get back onto Facebook which I thought was funny. It was nice to get back to Facebook and notice so many people who said that they were going to watch our show online! Out of those people that were excited to watch us online - I think maybe one person was from Hong Kong. Interesting isn't it? The least support we get is from Hong Kong. But that's a whole other story. 反正八个小时之后我到了曼谷。从机场我要上出租车到另外个地方然后有个人等着我。然后我跟这个人上了电单车带我去场地。这是因为那里的“红色”的抗议者在泰国所以没有一个比较方便的方法去场地。我们路上的时候见到几千抗议者在路上很和平这样一起唱歌和开心。然后我到了场地。场地外面就是挺多抗议者，我真不知道观众怎么样有进来看！哈哈哈哈。。。演出之后受到我们以前鼓手Kevin的SMS说他原来也在曼谷然后想surprise我们但是他不能进来因为抗议者不给出租车进来。可惜。。。

I arrived in Bangkok, got in a taxi then had to meet a guy on a motorcycle, then got on that, and drove me past the thousands of red shirt protestors to get to the venue. No one could drive to this venue because the red shirt protestors were right in FRONT of the venue. I have no idea how the audience got into the show. Later that night I even got a sms from our old drummer Kevin who said he was going to surprise us at the show because he was in Bangkok too but he wasn't allowed on to the road because of the red shirt protestors! That sucked...

Anyway - the show was fun...later that night we went out and got LOTS of food and hung out with my good friend Yos...I love that guy!!! Good guy...he noticed that we've been to Bangkok 4 times and each time it's been a different line-up. Fuck...that really sucks. But what can we do. We just can't find people who can stay committed in Hong Kong. 反正 - 演出挺好玩！然后我们吃了挺多东西因为泰国才真好吃！！！挺辣。。。我跟我十分好朋友Yos以前聊天儿和吃饭。他说“你们已经来了这儿四次呢 - 但是每次都是不同的人”。我听到不开心。。。但是没办法这是香港玩一个比较认真的乐队的情况。我们就是找不到一个比较忠诚的队员。。。

Anyway...I'm back up in Beijing now...反正我现在回来了北京。。。

We're playing this Saturday in Hong Kong at the AWESOME Poly U AP show!!! They put on the BEST shows for bands. We're playinhg around 8pm...and we've decided that from now on in Hong Kong we'll be playing English versions of Promise and Unite Asia. We've been playing these songs all over the world for the past 3 years and the worst response to these songs have always been in Hong Kong. So why sing the Chinese version when no one sings along? Everywhere else we play these two songs people go crazy and sing along with us...so in Hong Kong if no one is going to sing along, we might as well play the version that we want to play. So from now if you see us in Hong Kong expect to see us play Unite Asia (English) and Promise (English)!!! "THIS IS OUR TIME - EVERYONE RISE!!!" :-) 我们这个礼拜六在香港演出。我们很高兴可以在Poly U AP演出！！！他们是我在香港其中一个最爱的搞手！！！真专业。。。

还想通知大家 - 我们决定了以后在香港演出就玩亚洲起义和誓言的英文版本。我们有说，我们从二零零七年开始玩这些歌但是每次玩就是香港是最差的反应。香港外面反而这两首歌的反应是最强。所以我以后不要在香港演中文版了。本地的人都没有兴趣跟着唱所以我们可以自己选择玩哪一个版本。所以我们决定了玩英文版本！哈哈哈哈。。。

我们演出的时候是八点钟！到时见！

It's getting closer...getting closer to get out of here!!! Don't get me wrong. I do love Hong Kong - this is my home and will always be my home. I love the laws, I love the freedoms, I love that I can read anything I want to read here, I love that I can watch whatever TV I want, I love that our public transport system is efficient, I love that our customer service in most places are really very good...只有多几天！请不误会我。。。我是十分爱这个城市。。。我很珍惜这里所有的自由。。。我想看什么没有任何人会封我的电视或者报纸等等，我很珍惜我们这里的法律（全世界都是跟着这里的法律），我很珍惜我们这里的交通，我很珍惜这里工作人员的工作态度。。。

It's just certain people in this city that drive me crazy. Take for example, last night I went out for dinner and the table next to me were so loud!!! Why do you have to be so loud?!??!They were talking so loud and I just don't understand when people are this inconsiderate. Anyway...these inconsiderate people were so loud, that we finished our food and left right away. 就是这里有一些性格的人会破坏这里的感觉。比方说，我昨天晚上去了吃晚餐。坐在我们旁边的班人挺没有礼貌！他们说话说的十分大声！！！挺傻逼！！！我很想面对问“这个餐厅是你的吗？你看不到在这个餐厅还有其他人！！！你真是一个那么自私的人觉得我们全部人很想听你们的对话？！？！”傻逼。他们说的那么大声让我们马上吃完然后离开那个餐厅。

I'm tired...going to sleep。 我太累了。。。我睡觉。。。再见.

MAR 30, 2010: 3 MORE DAYS UNTIL BEIJING AND BANGKOK!!

Oh my god...I can't wait to get out of Hong Kong!!! I'm so excited to leave this stupid city!!! Woohoo!!! 我挺开心终于离开这个笨蛋的城市！！！我很需要一点时间不在香港。

The Bangkok show is going to be amazing...we're so excited to be playing with some awesome Thai bands especially our friends in Thai hardcore band BORN FROM PAIN!!! That's going to be awesome to see them again...曼谷的演出肯定是兴奋！！！我们很兴奋可以跟很多本地泰国的乐队一起演出！比方说泰国的硬核乐队BORN FROM PAIN!!!

I just want these next 3 days to go by super fast!!! FAI DI!!!!!!!! 我想这三天快点过！！！

BANGKOK!!! We want you!!! hahahaha...

Oh by the way - we are looking for a bass player. Ho decided to leave the band (again) a month ago and has agreed to play our next 4 shows. So we're looking for a bass player now. 好的 - 我们好像没有通知大家。我们bass手Ho再决定了离开这个乐队。你们可能记得他上年已经离开了一次。然后他留了一段时间 但是上个月他再决定了离队。

所以我们又开始了找bass手。

1. We LOVE hardcore...if you want to join this band it is essential that you know what hardcore is. Before you contact us, check out bands like Sick of it All, Comeback Kid, Minor Threat, Ignite, First Blood, Terror, Bane, Casey JOnes, Gorilla Biscuits, Madball...我们是挺爱硬核的人。我们是硬核文化和音乐的歌迷。你联络我们之前请听这些乐队: Sick of it All, Comeback Kid, Minor Threat, Ignite, First Blood, Terror, Casey Jones, Bane, Gorilla Biscuits, Madball...等等。。。如果你觉得他们的riff是很简单，音乐是很无聊或者太朋克的话，那很明显硬核不适合你。

2. Hardcore is NOT just about music...it is a way of life...if you are ready to make this band a BIG part of your life then call us. This band is like the air we breathe - it is just a part of our lives. 硬核不是只是一种音乐风格。。。硬核是一种生活花式。如果你准备好放这个乐队在你心里在一个挺高的位子 ，你马上联络我们。这个乐队就是我们空气一样 - 这就是我们生活，生命的一部分。你怎么可以叫我放弃呼吸？我一样不能可以放弃这个乐队。

3. You must understand that we are always working HARD and looking forward...we play all shows that people offer us...we rarely ask a barrage of questions from the organizers. 你一定要了解我们是一个很努力的乐队！我们永远就是往前走！当然荔枝王是一个有十一年多历史的乐队，但是我们很少会看和说以前做过的什么。。。我们全心全身就放了我们之后要做的东西。。。我们是很努力来玩这个乐队。别人找我们演出我们很少很少会拒绝他们。基本上，我们什么演出都会玩。

4. WE TOUR A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you know the history of this band you will know that we tour a lot. Since day one we knew that King Ly Chee's home was never really going to be Hong Kong. Our home and where we REALLY feel comfortable is outside of Hong Kong. Because of this we OFTEN pay for our own plane tickets. We go because our concern is sharing our music and ideals with those around us! 我们是常出巡演！！！！！！！如果你明白我们的历史那你应该很清楚明白我们这个乐队是挺爱巡演！我们从第一天开始这个乐队都很清楚，香港不能做到荔枝王的“家”。我们的真真正正的“家”就是在路上，在别的地方/城市/国家/在香港外面。因为我们很喜欢去外面演出，所以我们通常去那边演出都是自己付机票。这个是一个很重要的重点。

5. We are all people that do not want to be old and grey one day and look at our lives and regret that we didn't try harder when we were younger. That's why we try to give this band our all! We're all young right now! We're not going to waste our youth fearing this or fearing that...我们的信念都是：
我们不想到老的时候才后悔我们年轻的时候没有真心试过跟我们梦想。我们现在还是年轻人，我们不想浪费我们时间怕这个东西，怕那个东西。怕那么多东西有什么用？是没用。我现在可以说我已经花了十一年的时间为了我这个梦想。我还有能力继续活着这个梦想因为我还有精力看看可不可以得到我的梦想。所以我已经知道我老的时候一定不会后悔。如果我的孙子一天问我“爷爷，你那么喜欢音乐，你有没有试过跟着你的梦想？”我很肯定可以面对面跟他说“我有”。然后我可以激发他也试一试跟真的他想走的路！！！
